My apartment is
situated in a palace dating back to the early 1700s, in the heart of
Bracciano's charming historic center. With its strategic position offering
a direct view of the magnificent cathedral, the apartment can accommodate up to
six people.
Fully renovated in October 2024,
it provides modern comforts and includes two double bedrooms, a spacious
living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a large shower. Air
conditioning is provided in each bedroom including living room, and
complimentary Wi-Fi is included. Conveniently, all essential services such
as bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops are within walking distance, as
is the railway station. Nearby, you will find both free and paid parking options.
The center of Rome and Fiumicino airport are easily accessible by train, with departures every 30
minutes, taking just an hour to reach. The lakeside is a short 20-minute walk,
or you can take advantage of a shuttle service running every 15 minutes during
the summer months.

The living room is generously sized, features a comfortable double sofa bed and a smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with electric induction cooktops, a microwave, a kettle, a refrigerator with a small frizeer and a coffee machine.
Relax and unwind a unique comfort
The master double bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, an antique armchair and a versatile desk that can be used as a workspace. A baby cot is available upon request. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed and a wardrobe. Both rooms have a lovely views of the village. The bathroom includes a shower, a hairdryer and complimentary shower gel and shampoo.

Bracciano
Nestled on a hill, Bracciano's charming historic center invites all to stroll through its picturesque alleys. Enjoy breathtaking views from the Sentinella Belvedere and the Church of Santa Maria del Riposo. Dominating the village is the Orsini-Odescalchi Castle, a true gem of the area, renowned for hosting celebrity guests like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, as well as the iconic wedding of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. This majestic fortress is a striking example of medieval architecture, standing as a testament to the village's rich history architecture.
The lake and the surroundings
Perfect for swimming and a haven for water sports enthusiasts, offering activities like sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, canoeing, and dragon boating. It features both free beaches and well-equipped facilities, including sailing schools and diving centers. Enjoy breathtaking landscapes, explore archaeological sites, or take long walks, bike rides, or horseback rides along the park's cycling routes. How to reach Kiki House
By train-From Rome center take the FL3 railway line from Rome S. Pietro, Rome Ostiense, or Rome Trastevere and get off at Bracciano station.
-From Leonardo da Vinci airport take the railway line to Rome Trastevere, then transfer to the FL3 railway line to Bracciano station. You can check the train schedule at www.thetrainline.com
By car
Free parking at Piazzale Carlo Cattaneo. Paid parkings at "Park and Wash" in via Giulio Volpi, try in Piazza della Praterina and in all the blue zones. Please note that parking is not allowed inside the center.
